Craft Chocolate and Ice Cream Tasting Hosted by Chocolate Noise

  • ARANJ 37 West 26th Street, Suite 400 New York, NY 10010 (map)

About the Class:

Nothing says summer like ice cream! And since our resident food writer, Megan Giller, is completely obsessed with chocolate, let's make it chocolate ice cream! First, Megan will guide you through a tasting of three luxurious craft chocolate bars, roasted cocoa beans, and cacao fruit juice. (It tastes nothing like chocolate, so crazy!) You'll then further indulge with a cacao fruit sorbet and two single-origin chocolate ice creams to top it all off. And just in case you have any room left, we're sending you home with a mini chocolate bar!

What’s Included:

Tasters of (3) chocolate bars, tasters of (3) sorbets/ice creams, roasted cocoa beans, cacao fruit juice, individual placemats & mini chocolate bar to take home!
